Take a note that a lot of LineageOS features have not been completed even so this is not a device bug and please do not report those
in this rom thread as you lot will be reported to moderator also do not postal service problems reports for known issues or bug reports without proper
a) Logcat
b) proc/last_kmsg (or proc/kmsg)
c) data/tombstones
d) dmesg

Also do not under any circumstances post problems reports if you are using substratum themes or unsupported magisk modules or yous have performed any system modifications

Install gapps right after installing the rom itself dont try to kicking to system before that if yous want to use gapps
NikGapps and BiTgapps were both tested and working

y'all can merely install MinMicroG and grant it needed permissions for signature spoofing to make information technology piece of work every bit intended

Continue in mind this is early on build and many los features are not merged yet practice not written report those equally bugs as they are non device specific and volition be resolved

Holy moly, that was real quick. Thanks for this ROM! Do you think you could prepare the microstuttering that sometimes appears on LOS 17.1? I see you have an EAS implementation in the works but but you lot know the real status of your tree.

Alternatively, could you lot provide a no-op performance profile so we can tweak the interactive governor through a kernel manager? When I change my governor settings for my custom ones microstuttering goes away until they reset to default after a while even if I enable employ on boot, and the default performance option is janky when doing anything more intensive than scrolling a webpage or through the system UI. Sometimes playing games is impossible because it runs smoothly but randomly jumps.

Again, cheers for your ROM. We are blessed to have a dev similar yous working on this old equus caballus

And so far ROM is awesome smooth and fast ,only problems for me at least:
1-brightness slider
ii-calls problem can't hear or talk and tin can't record in such apps like WhatsApp

I don't know if you mean the aforementioned matter, simply at least Pokemon Go "jerkiness" tin exist completely fixed past irresolute GPU powersave way from "coarse demand" to "always on".. But you lot need some adjustable kernel like Morokernel to be able to practice this, and Moro is not very good with recent LOS versions.

I don't know what the consequence with "coarse demand* is.. information technology turns off GPU power after 100ms of idle. That certainly shouldn't happen during gameplay when there's constant move on screen?

The phone is hotter and it notwithstanding stutters, I tried changing the I/O schedulers to less intensive noop and tweaking the interactive governor helps but then information technology resets itself back to stock settings no matter what I do. But no affair what, at that place is always at least a fleck of microstuttering. Information technology is ruining the experience on this otherwise perfect ROM.

Likewise the custom kernels are using a dissimilar kernel/binary blob base that doesn't work with this ROM family unit anymore. I personally don't desire to delve in the headache of merging commits and fixing build failures, information technology means downloading still another kernel for nonetheless another SoC and my infinite is kinda limited correct now because I already maintain a device.

As it says on the chief post, it'south pointless to report a bug without including:
a) Logcat
b) proc/last_kmsg (or proc/kmsg)
c) data/tombstones
d) dmesg
as he can't possibly recreate every issue.

Does this ROM have all the bugs and instability older Lineage ROMs had, or it works as a daily commuter? Apart from the fixable echo trouble, practice calls piece of work well? I am considering switching ROMs to instal ThundeRStorms Kernel if I tin't solve this issue from userspace. equally a bonus I get EAS.

Well.. I'm probably the wrong person to answer, as I have never encountered the echo or book problems on LOS either. And I utilise this equally my piece of work phone so I telephone call quite a lot.

But still yeah, FloydQ feels very stable. I recollect it's mostly binaries moved from the S9+ rom, as it has all Samsung proprietaries working (like VoLTE calls).. I presume echo cancellation as well. And it passes SafetyNet out of the box, y'all don't necessarily need Magisk to run banking concern apps etc.

Well.. I'thou probably the incorrect person to reply, equally I have never encountered the echo or volume problems on LOS either. And I employ this equally my piece of work phone so I call quite a lot.

But nevertheless yeah, FloydQ feels very stable. I recall information technology'southward generally binaries moved from the S9+ rom, every bit information technology has all Samsung proprietaries working (like VoLTE calls).. I assume repeat counterfoil as well. And information technology passes SafetyNet out of the box, you don't necessarily need Magisk to run depository financial institution apps etc.

Well, I flashed Resurrection Remix and indeed, the microstuttering is gone! Thanks for the recommendation.

EDIT: The culprit seems to be the N935KKKU4CTH1 rebase, running a ROM previous to their inclusion makes the problems disappear
